 A casa di Antonella is a nice monolocal of 35 mq.. It has a matrimonial bed + a sofa-bed two places. The zone night includes a closet with three shutters, while the lunch zone contains the sofa-bed, a table with four chairs and TV. The kitchenette is finish wood, with top in granite. The appliances, among which the gas cooker with 4 fires and the frigo with freezer, offers the necessary home confort to spend a vacation complete of every convenience.
The elegant bath arranges of shower and is provided of bidet. The washing machine is available of the hosts. The apartment is in angular position on the attractive square of St. Maria Ausiliatrice and offers a special brightness. From the small balcony of the kitchen, with curtain, it sees the homonym Basilica. The windows in aluminum, guarantee an optimal thermal acoustic isolation. From the apartment, in ten minutes, you can reach the Caffarella Park , crossing which leads to the magnificent archaeological site of the Appia Antica. In this park, which stretches for about 200 hectares outside the gate of S. Sebastian,you can admire vestiges of rare beauty, like Triopio of Herod Atticus, the St. Urban's Temple, the Egeria's nymphaeum, the tomb of Annia Regilla, until the Tomb of Cecilia Metella along the wonderful Appia street, full of Catacombs.
Behind the Basilica of St. Maria Ausiliatrice, one of the basilicas so-called "minor", is Lais Villa, which is 5 minutes walk.
