 The apartment is located on the first floor of a century-old building, has an area of 50 square meters, fully renovated in September 2007.
It can accommodate max 5 people and is composed of:
- 1 bedroom and an armchair bed;
- 1 room with two single beds.
- 1 living room with kitchenette fully furnished and equipped with a refrigerator, Freezer, oven, gas cooker, dishes and tea pots.
- 1 bathroom with shower and hair dryer.
The apartment is equipped with radio, color TV, heating, air conditioning, irons.
Reserved parking space under the house.
Location
The apartment is located in Via Appia Nuova on the first floor of a century-old building in a quiet area near the archeological site of the Appia Antica. It is well connected by pubblic bus that stops near the apartment, allowing you to visit archaeological sites (The appia Antica, The Coliseum, The Circo Massimo, etc.) with 8 euro daily. In a few minutes you can reach Colli Albani Metro stop convenient for quick trips to Spanish Steps, Piazza del Popolo, Termini Station, San Giovanni, San Pietro.
Nearby there are cafes, a Bar, a Restaurant, a Supermarket, a Shopping Center, a Pharmacy, few banks.

The security deposit is of 30% of the total amount.

Low Season: From 1/11 to 28/02 Mid Season: From 1/03 to 31/10 High Season: Christmas holidays and New Year's Day (minimum stay 3 nights) The prices are per day for apartment. For stays of more than 7 days the price is to arrange. Sheets, towels, tablecloths, with weekly change are included.
Electricity, water and gas are included. Mandatory Weekly cleanings: 30 euro. |

The reservation process of the apartments is on
request: is not immediate but needs a confirmation from the owner of the accommodation that will replay to your reservation request within 24 hours. Fill in the form and send your reservation request. The owner of the accommodation will respond you within 24h. The owner, once received your request, will check the availability of the accommodation and in case he has space he will send you an email confirming the availability and the amount due to pay.
