 The bedroom is spacious. There are one king-size bed and overlooks a private courtyard, so quiet and silence are guaranteed. It’s simply and comfortable room.
The bathroom is provided services and a shower.
The kitchen has everything you need. It is also equipped with the hob with 4 burners, frigo, chairs, table. It’s forbidden smoking in the house.
Location
The Iolanda’s house are really oasis of peace in Rome, it is a lovely house with a beautiful little garden and it is localized in "Aurelia/Bravetta" quarter. It is a comfortable and cheap apartment just few steps from “San Peter” or “Piazza Navona” and other important monuments . It is easy to reach from the historical center of Rome and from the most important attractions by public transports (there are several lines bus) or by car.
It is located in a commercial area with several shops (greengrocer, bar,post office, bank, supermarket, and sports center for the free time). There are some most important green parks of the city like Villa Pamphili and Villa Carpegna.
Iolanda’s house is near to the airport "Leonardo Da Vinci", the new trade show "Fiera di Roma", the "Ergife Congress Centre" , the "Institute I.D.I." to the “European University”, to the railways station of Roma-San Pietro, Roma-Aurelia and underground stop Cornelia/Baldo degli Ubaldi.

The reservation process of the apartments is on
request: is not immediate but needs a confirmation from the owner of the accommodation that will replay to your reservation request within 24 hours. Fill in the form and send your reservation request. The owner of the accommodation will respond you within 24h. The owner, once received your request, will check the availability of the accommodation and in case he has space he will send you an email confirming the availability and the amount due to pay.
