 Characteristic apartment of about 48 square meters, with independent entrance. It is located at the ground floor in the interior part of the building, therefore it is very silent and calm.
It has a spacious and comfortable living room furnished with a table and chairs for 4-6 people; there is also a well equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, electric cooker, and an electric oven).
To access the main bedroom you need to pass through another small room, where there is a single bed with a wardrobe. The 4th bed can be added on request in the living room.
The bathroom is small but functional, there is a comfortable shower, a bidet and a washing machine.
The apartment has been restored recently, and the ceilings are made of red roman bricks, that create a cozy and warm feeling.
Location
The apartment is situated in one of the most characteristic and fashionable districts of Rome, San Lorenzo, only 5 minutes from the Termini Railway Station, from where you can easily reach all the popular touristic destinations of Rome. San Lorenzo area is full of shops and restaurants of every kind, and it is known as an area of young people and artists. There are a lot of famous night clubs performing live music. Although the area is very animated during night time, the apartment is in a quiet and silent position.
Extra info
The price includes all services such as water, gas and electricity, linen and towels and a breakfast kit. So when you'll arrive you find mineral water, milk, coffee, toast bread, fruit juice and cakes.
Extra cleaning and linen and towel change available for 45 euro.

The reservation process of the apartments is on

Fill in the form and send your reservation request. The owner of the accommodation will respond you within 24h. The owner, once received your request, will check the availability of the accommodation and in case he has space he will send you an email confirming the availability and the amount due to pay.
