The Holiday House "Domus Monteverde" is situated in a Roman district with wonderful houses from the 60’s, located near Trastevere and a few minutes from Gianicolo, in the roman heart of the city and it is easily reachable in 20 minutes from Leonardo Da Vinci airport.
The apartment, recently refurbished and with refined furniture, is composed by a spacious living room, a cosy bedroom, one bathroom, 2 TV sets, a functional kitchen and a relaxing garden which will help you to experience the "roman holiday" in freedom and comfort.
The management of this refined holiday house is relied to two young roman owners which will welcome you like at home and will give all the information and suggestions on how to live the "Eternal City".

Location
Even if the Domus Monteverde is located in the most green and peaceful district of the Eternal City, the St. Peter Church is just 9 minutes away by bus. Domus Monteverde is in a perfect position: 2 kilometers from Trastevere and from the historical Porta Portese Market on Sunday and only few minutes walking distance from the bus stop number 8, a new bus that will take you to Largo Argentina in 10 minutes, in the heart of Rome. From there you can reach in a few minutes walk the Coloseum, Campo de Fiori, Piazza Navona, Piazza Venezia, Via del Corso.
To the bus stop RAVIZZA GIANICOLENSE 1 minute by walk;
Take the bus 8 (ARGENTINA) for 9 stops 13 minutes;
Walking 550 meters 4 minutes;
Arrival Piazza VENEZIA;
Distance 4300 meters.
Extra info
For particolar stay and long periods, rates can be agreed accordingly under request.
Rates include the stay only, the lighting consumption, water, heating and methane gas, kitchen accessories, towels, linen and last day cleaning of the apartment.
• For the breakfast we have an agreement with a delicious cake shop that will propose an italian breakfast based on cappuccino, coffee, danish pastries, tarts, biscuits and cakes.
• Eastern, Christmas and New Year’s Eve rates raise of 15%
• Weekends of April 25th, May 1st, June 2nd, November 1st, December 8th rates raise of 10%
General rules:
• No minimum stay required;
• Arrival time must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance;
• It is possible personalize your arrival time;
• Check out is by 12.00pm;
• Smoking is not allowed;
• Domestic animals can be accepted under request. They will be eventually guarded in the garden of the holiday house;
• Domus Monteverde reminds you that damages occurred during your stay will be charged at departure time. You are required to wait for our responsible for the check out operations.

The reservation process of the apartments is on
request: is not immediate but needs a confirmation from the owner of the accommodation that will replay to your reservation request within 24 hours. Fill in the form and send your reservation request. The owner of the accommodation will respond you within 24h. The owner, once received your request, will check the availability of the accommodation and in case he has space he will send you an email confirming the availability and the amount due to pay.
We always suggest you to make sure that the email address you filled in is correct: therefore, in the eventuality of wrong email address, you won't be able to receive a reply message from the owner.
