 After having enjoyed the beauty of Rome and discovered it's frenetic pace you can relax in the quiet atmosphere of the garden, whereyou can sun bathe, drink a cool glass of wine, read a good book and admire Barbara's new paintings.
The delicious loft in the Barbara's Home Art Gallery is composed by a livingroom, sofa setees, small fully furnished kitchen and master bedroom, Tv Stereo Cd, minibar, laundry, plenty of paintings, artcraft on sale as souvenir. Breakfast is included.
The owner is a painter of contemporary art, she is a good traveller herself and in developing this project has followed very simple guidelines: beautiful location, comfort and simplicity in the accomodation, quality and a personal touch for a very convenient price. She has lived a period in California.
English language is well spoken.
Loft is indicated for 4 - 6 person it is open space and has a little chimney.
Location
The Apartment is in the residential area of the Villaggio Azzurro just in front of the WWF Oasis of Malafede at the 15th Km of the Cristoforo Colombo road and is about 20 minutes from the Fiumicino's Airport, 10 mins from Eur, 20 mins from Ostia beach, 15' from Outlet - Castel Romano, and 30 mins from Rome Center and 5' from Hospital Regina Elena and San Galligano.
At about 12 km. is now open the Castel Romano Outlet the first designer outlet in this region of the country. With its spectacular, unique design inspired by the architecture of Imperial Rome, the new centre has over 95 stores italian fashion shopping.
Just 5 min from Via Chianeso where there is the hospital Istituto dermatologico San Gallicano and Istituto nazionale tumori Regina Elena.

We offer free shuttle for our guests from the b&b in the morning (8 am) to the center one metrostop from the VaticanCity and back to the b&b at 7:15 pm every weekday no holiday max 4 persons by reserved.

The reservation process of the apartments is on
request: is not immediate but needs a confirmation from the owner of the accommodation that will replay to your reservation request within 24 hours. Fill in the form and send your reservation request. The owner of the accommodation will respond you within 24h. The owner, once received your request, will check the availability of the accommodation and in case he has space he will send you an email confirming the availability and the amount due to pay.
