 The apartment (55 mq) is composed of a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette and a dining table for 4. The room is brightened by a first window at the top and a second one leading to a charming and flowery balcony that overlooks the well-known “Passetto”, the old passage between Castel Sant’Angelo and the papal residence. The double bedroom, with a puff becoming a single bed, is brightened by a window at the top. The bedroom has its own bathroom with shower.
The furnishing is modern and bright; the lacunar ceiling and the floor in terracotta tiles create a warm and cosy atmosphere. The location is equipped with microwave oven, fridge, washing machine and tv color.
Location
The apartment is located on the first floor of an ancient palace that overlooks Borgo Pio, a pedestrian precinct, at the doors of the Vatican, a stone’s throw to San Pietro and the Vatican Museum. Its wonderful position allows you to reach the most typical Roman places such as Trastevere, Campo de' Fiori and Piazza Navona. The Ottaviano-San Pietro stop, A line underground is only 5 minutes walk, as well.

Pets: Pets are allowed on request and after approval.
To guarantee rights, obligations and to cover damages the accommodation provider will ask the guest for a deposit a deposit of €150,00 cash or travellers cheques (with no active/passive interest rates), for 5 days stay, €250,00 with more than 5 days, which will be returned when the guest leaves. The lodging provider will make sure that the guest has not caused any damage

The reservation process of the apartments is on
request: is not immediate but needs a confirmation from the owner of the accommodation that will replay to your reservation request within 24 hours. Fill in the form and send your reservation request. The owner of the accommodation will respond you within 24h. The owner, once received your request, will check the availability of the accommodation and in case he has space he will send you an email confirming the availability and the amount due to pay.
