 This excellent apartment is located in the heart of Rome, in the "Suburra" neighborhood where Julius Caesar grew up. It is in the center of the ancient part of the city, situated near the Roman Forum, Athena Temple, the Coliseum and the Constantine Arch.
The liberty-style building with grand entrance hints at the high standards of this comfortably autonomous accomodation. The apartment, fully restored with wood floors, it is on the 2nd floor with a lift and consists of a charmingly elegant, very large living room that is filled with couches, armchairs, a dining table with chairs, a television and a hifi system.
The fully-equipped kitchen, near the living room, has all the necessary conveniences: a dishwasher, microwave oven, coffemaker, and fridge. Next to the living room, a large dressing room with big wardrobe that opens directly onto the 2 big double bedrooms, one with king-size bed and the other one with a queen-size bed. The 2 bathrooms, one has a shower and the other with a Jacuzzi, complete this excellent apartment. Other comforts include mobile air conditioning, independent heating, a safe box, telephone and washing machine and dryer. Over the summer months the apartment remains cool thanks to its position and the thickness of its ancient, stone walls.
Location
This area, also known as RIONE MONTI, still has much of the same feel to it as it did in ancient times, in addition it is home to the majestic Santa Maria Maggiore church, which is located nearby. The neighborhood is also one of the city’s liveliest and its web of narrow streets and ancient palaces is brought to life by a colourful and thriving community of inhabitants and visitors, who daily animate the many restaurants, pubs, music cafes, theatres, art galleries, and museums.
Another typical trait of this area is the presence of many antique shops, which provide the excitement of a shopping day as well as the enjoyment of pure beauty.
Several buses, the Cavour Street Metro station and the main railway station Termini, assure easy access to other parts of the city and are the natural consequence of its central position.

The owner, once received your request, will check the availability of the accommodation and in case he has space he will send you an email confirming the availability and the amount due to pay.
