 All the rooms, renovated in 2008, are furnished in modern style and refined with considerable attention to detail giving to our guess tranquillity and comfort. The rooms are spacious, quiet and bright (we are to the 4th plan). They are very comfortable with attention to detail; each room is characterized by a predominant color.
They are all equipped with air conditioning and heating in order to obtain the temperature is most preferred. The flat screen televisions are connected to a digital decoder that broadens the range of channels and picture quality.
There is also a digital safe box, a kettle to prepare when they want a tea, coffee or herbal tea, hairdryer with linen and courtesy line. There is also a wireless ADSL connection. For our guests is also a map of Rome.

94Rooms B&B is situated on 4th floor, with elevator, of one of the elegant historic building in the heart of central Prati’ area nearby to St. Peter's, Vatican Museums, Palace of Justice and St. Angelo's Castle. The strategic location allows for easy access to sites of interest the city by feet or public transportation (Metro stop OTTAVIANO-SAN PIETRO is just 20mt far, while bus stop are about 50mt far).

From Leonardo Da Vinci (Fiumicino) airport: take express toward Termini Station, from here take metro , route a direction Battistini and get off to " Ottaviano-San Pietro". B&B is just 20 metres away, in Via Degli Scipioni 94. Time to arrive: about 45 minutes.
From Ciampino airport: take shuttle bus for Termini from here take metro , route a direction Battistini and get off to " Ottaviano-San Pietro". B&B is just 20 metres away, in Via Degli Scipioni 94.

From Termini Central Station: take metro “line A” , route a direction Battistini and get off to " Ottaviano-San Pietro". B&B is just 20 metres away, in Via Degli Scipioni 94. Time to arrive: about 10 minutes
From G.R.A.: take exit number 1 (Vaticano City), than go on to Via Candia, crossed Via Leone IV, the third street turn right, after the first street right in Via Degli Scipioni and we are at number 94.
