 The B&B Evergreen represents the ideal hotel setup for those who want to lodge in a comfortable environment, with all the services and right in the historical centre of Rome. The close proximity to the most important sights of the capital like, the Basilica of Saint Maria Maggiore, the Roman Forum, the Colosseum and via Veneto, make our hotel the ideal starting point for walking visits to the masterpieces of the eternal city. Moreover the proximity to the Station Central Rome Termini, allows you to quickly get to any other point of the city, using the means of public transport (bus, meter, taxi).
The B&B is family managed and offers our clients all the comforts. All the rooms are with an en suite bath, TV colour, direct telephone and the air conditioning. And it is possible to rent and to book bicycles, mopeds, automobiles and transfers to o from the airport through our affiliates.
Location
From Central Station of Rome Termini:
We are located only a short distance from Rome's Termini Station, on the north side. As you are leaving the Station , by track n.1 , you are on Via Marsala turn right and then take the first left which is Via Milazzo (bed and breakfast Evergreen - see map). We are only a few meters down this street on the right.
From the airport Leonardo Da Vinci:
Take the train to the central station (Termini). Trains leave every 30 minutes and the distance from the town is about 30 Km.The price of ticket is of Euro 8,00 for each person ( 1 way). From the central station please follow the above listed directions.
From the A1 - A2 motorways:
Go to the ring (Grande Raccordo Anulare) and exit from gate - "Roma Centro" - direction, following the signs to Central station (Termini).

Cancellation policy and terms
Please note that, there will be no charge if you cancel your reservation, within 72 hrs before your scheduled date of arrival.
If you don't cancel your reservation within 72 hours and if you don't arrive, we will charge on your credit card the "no show" fee, which is the room rate for the first night. |
