 The B&B L'Ombelico del Mondo is located in a building dating from the early'900 in the historic district of San Lorenzo, comparable to the Latin Quarter of Paris for bars and art galleries.
Easy to reach from the Central Station Roma Termini, is close to the Colosseum, the Basilica of St. John and all the major historical monuments of Rome, all easily accessible by bus and subway (also present line bus at night).
The apartment, bright and quiet, is composed of 5 double rooms all with internal lounge for breakfast and a private bathroom.
We have taken care of the furnishings in every detail mixing Italian design and craftsmanship of Indian origin, in favor of the use of natural materials (wood and silk)
Lovers of painting and photography, we furnishing the B&B with our original works, which, as in a art gallery, change over time.
Moreover, in our particular B&B you can enjoy tea and herbal teas from around the world, as well as tasty coffee.
All rooms provide a very large size with high ceilings over 4 meters, typical of buildings of historical interest.
We have furnished differently every room, trying to meet with our style taste of every possible visitor.
Location
Our B&B is in Rome's historic center, a stone's throw from Central Station, Termini and the major tourist and entertainment attractions of the Eternal City.
After the exit you can breathe the febrile atmosphere of a district-edge unique in Rome, which retains all its glory in the architecture of buildings and the charm of the past.
Walking through the streets you can find many art shops, cafes and restaurants and the classical Roman hostarie, where were to eat painters and poets of international fame such as De Chirico and Pasolini.
Just under our B&B there are many stops of buses and trams that will allow you to quickly reach every part of the city:
Line 105 for the Termini Station (Major port);
Line 3 and Line 19 for Tiburtina station.
