The apartment is located near the Down Town of Rome, only 50 meters from the PiramideSubway station.
The apartment is composed by a Double room, the Green Room, with a one king size bed and an option for a third bed.
The Room has a Private bathroom separated in the hallway. Every room in the house has a private Air Conditioning Unit.
The Soundproof triple-glass windows make the room absolutely insulated from the outside noises. Our guests can enjoy their Private bathroom. Each room is elegantly furnished and has wooden floors.
The other room, called Pink Room, has a Suite setup, with twin beds and private bath in the room. A Private Air Conditioning Unit, will keep the room the right temperature during the summer.
This bedroom comes with a Balcony view and Soundproof triple-glass windows.
Elegant wood floors are some of the amenities we offer with the room.

Location

It is a quiet apartment a few step from the center of eternal city. The owner invites you to experience the peace and quiet of a, luxurious, self-contained, fully-insulated, apartment/B&B.
B&B Piramide is located 50 meters from the Piramide Subway station. There are also many bus lines that stop right in front of our apartment that go straight to the down town.
The neighborhood has many local restaurants and Trastevere is near by.

To arrive, we suggest to take the Subway line B toward "Laurentina" and get of on Garbatella (DO NOT get of at Piramide). As soon as you are out the subway station make a left on Via Benzoni, cross the street and go down for about 200 yards. The B&B is located on Via Benzoni, right in front of the bakery. (Just follow the good smell).

Cancellation policy and terms

The reservation can be cancelled 48 hours prior arrival date. Otherwise you will be charged the amount of one night.
In case of NO SHOW you will be charged one night.
