 The bed and breakfast "Porta Pia" offers hospitality in its elegant and comfortable apartment, whose elegantly decorated and quiet rooms are provided with private bathroom, air conditioning, tv and a careful daily cleaning.
Family atmosphere, knowledge of English, French, German and Swedish, tourist information and constant assistance make for a pleasant and unforgettable stay. Breakfast, served at the table in the dining room consisting in a buffet, welcomes our guests every morning. When requested we do have availability of non-smoking rooms. We do have car parking.
Location
The B&B "Porta Pia" has a privileged position that allows guests to comfortably visit Rome, the Eternal City, on foot, reaching the most famous monuments with a pleasant walk. Public transport and underground are just 50 m away. Guests are given the keys to house.
The B&B is near Piazzale di Porta Pia and 800 mt. far from Via Veneto. Just a few steps from Quirinale, Fontana di Trevi and Villa Borghese.
HOW TO GET TO BED AND BRAKFAST "PORTA PIA":
• By car:
Coming from the motorway direction Grande Raccordo Anulare, exit 11 via Nomentana, direction Roma Centro towards Porta Pia. Drive through via Nomentana till via Messina, which is the last street on the right before Porta Pia’s big square.
• By train:
- From Tiburtina station take bus number 490 or 495 and get off in Corso d’Italia, Porta Pia.
- From Termini central railway station, there’s the bus. Number 90 express; get off at the second stop in Porta Pia, then shoulder to the big monument in the square, walk in via Nomentana and the first street on the left is via Messina, we are at number 15.
• By plane:
- From Fiumicino airport (Leonardo da Vinci) there's a shuttle train service that runs every 30 minutes and gets to Termini central railway station.
- From Ciampino airport there’s a bus shuttle service that gets to Termini central railway station.
THE NEARSET UNDERGROUND STATION IS CASTRO PRETORIO (LINE B).

• Your film in Rome. We can shoot a film of your Roman stay.A troupe will follow you for a whole day during your visit in the Capital.
