What does instant booking confirmation mean?


The instant booking confirmation allows you to book on line in real time by sending your credit card details in order to guarantee the reservation. Once the availability of the room is confirmed you will immediatly receive the confirmation of the reservation email.

Can all the hotels on lodging.inromeitaly be reserved in real time?


On lodging.inromeitaly.com all the hotels have an instant booking confirmation mode. There are although hotels that works with a request booking mode. In instant bookings mode you will receive an automatic confirmation message via email in case of request boooking mode you will receive an email informing you that the property has received your request, but the owner will respond via email within 24 hours either confirming or cancelling your request.

Why do I get asked my credit card details during the reservation process?


During the reservation process your credit card details are needed in order to guarantee the reservation and no charges will be made. Credit card informations are sent directly to the property via Secure Server, ensuring these details are protected.

How do I know if the reservation has come to a good end?


As soon as you have finished with the reservation procedure you will receive a confirmation e-mail of the reservation with all the details of your stay and those of the hotel (telephone, email, address ecc.). We suggest you to print the e-mail you'll receive as proof of your reservation. If you do not receive it please contact us. We always suggest you to make sure that the email address you filled in is correct: therefore, in the eventuality of wrong email address, you won't be able to receive a reply message from our server and this could cause comunication problems with the hotel. Beware that it is your responsability to verify that all the details you have given are correct.

How long does it take to receive the confirmation of the reservation?


The confirmation email will arrive as soon as you conclude the reservation process.

What do I do if I don't receive any confirmation e-mail?


The reason why you do not receive the confirmation e-mail is in most cases due to the fact of mispelling your e-mail address. In this case we reccomand you to call us.


How can I modify my reservation?


If you want to modify your reservation the only thing to do is to cancel the reservation you just made by checking the cancellation terms of the hotel not to incur in any penalty. You can cancel your reservation by clicking on the link at the bottom of your confirmation email. If you want to cancel your reservation because the cancellation terms are over the deadline we invite you to contact us via the on line form.

How do I let them know my arrival time?


In the hotel overview page you can normally find the check in/out time. If your check in time is different from the one listed on line you can communicate to the accommodation during the reservation proccess in the space that says “note”. Or you can make arrangements with the accommodation facility once you confirmed the reservation.

If I have any specific questions to make to the B&B how do i do it?


If you cant find the aswer on line you can use the "note" space that you will find in the reservation form. It will be the owner of the accommodation to answer at each of youre question or doubt.

Can I make a reservation using a communication channel different than internet, off line?


No it is not possible to reserve a facility using a different way then internet. The reservation can be made only on line..
