Check-In: Our staff will welcome our guests in every time of the day; this means that if the customer arrives before 11.00 a. m., he can leave your luggage in our deposit. We will control it. When you arrive, our staff will offer you a map of the city, and other kind of information about the tours which you will also find some useful information about the neighbouring restaurants where you will pass pleasant evenings. Furthermore, we will provide any kind of information for you to have a better stay in Rome. The keys will be delivered to ours guests at the moment of the exit from the hotel, to avoid losses. Our guests will enter the hotel and leave when they want because the hotel has assistance 24 hours a day.
Check-Out: The rooms will have to be left at the moment of the departure before 11.00 a.m. to allow the staff its cleaning. But, is possible to leave the luggage at the reception, we will provide to control it.
Air- conditioning, breakfast ,internet connection, all taxes and services are included in the price.
CANCELLATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Furthermore, we remember you that the booking will be cancelled within 72 hours preceding the date of the arrival. In the case of late cancellation, we will debit on your credit card only the amount of one night of your stay in regard to the room that you have booked. |
